self esteem
While growing up one is face with the criticize factor. Criticize factor meaning, you know somebody who just loves to put you down. Now, don't you feel like yelling at that person to back off, but sometimes you feel something inside you stopping you. A little voice telling you to calm down. Some call it a conscience some call it Jiminy cricket, I call that voice God! People who end up in that spiral of shame never really intended to go there in the first place. For example think back to when you were nine or ten, what kind of a person were you? If you were like anything that research shows you were friendly, liked to learn and try new stuff were always in a pretty good mood, sometimes even felt like you can take on the world by yourself. But certainly there came a point to ponder in your life when you began to change a little bit. Like when you worried about how you look or what other people think of you. If so then, you're at the stage in your life when you wonder what you are going to do in life. Most young adults go from not having a care in the world to dramatically worry about superficial stuff. Also, what most of us young adults tend to think is the age old question "Things are different now of days". That is what we say to our elders, in reality we could learn a lot from our elders. The advice that is learned from our elders is much more satisfying than the superficial stuff magazines tell us. Point taken; do not let anyone put you down for no apparent reason. Giving into low self-esteem means that you are living in fear. God is so great that he spoils us to the t! Speak to the lord on one- to one bases.

Success in God is not measured on what you do, or by what people see, but by obedience.
